Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining HVAC systems (Hydronic Loops, Steam Boilers, Oil Boilers, Mini-Splits, Forced Air, VRF, and Heat Pumps)
• Read wiring schematics
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting various of heat transfer equipment
• Maintaining a high standard of mechanical installation practices
• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to troubleshoot issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely and effective solutions and procedures
• Demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and company equipment
• Provide quality, professional customer service both internal and external
• Ability to work and communicate effectively, individually, as well as in a team environment
• Ability to handle in stride with professionalism
